Responsibilities
Support colleagues in the Key Account area in all matters
Maintain and review customer reporting
Prepare digital work orders and monitor their return/completion
Proactive communication and coordination with central specialist departments
Initiate and monitor the implementation of operational processes in the branches
Liaise with headquarters, individual stores, and branches
Support invoicing, including processing and checking incoming invoices as well as monitoring and managing dunning procedures
Special commercial/administrative tasks
Requirements
Completed commercial/vocational training
Professional experience in order processing and invoicing
Ideally basic knowledge of ERP systems; at minimum very good MS Office skills
Team player; structured, able to prioritize and work accurately
German language skills (written and spoken) at least C1 level
