About the role

  • Assisting in Key Account Management at connect2 Service Group, a provider of infrastructural services in Germany. Supporting colleagues and maintaining customer relationship management tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Support colleagues in the Key Account area in all matters
  • Maintain and review customer reporting
  • Prepare digital work orders and monitor their return/completion
  • Proactive communication and coordination with central specialist departments
  • Initiate and monitor the implementation of operational processes in the branches
  • Liaise with headquarters, individual stores, and branches
  • Support invoicing, including processing and checking incoming invoices as well as monitoring and managing dunning procedures
  • Special commercial/administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/vocational training
  • Professional experience in order processing and invoicing
  • Ideally basic knowledge of ERP systems; at minimum very good MS Office skills
  • Team player; structured, able to prioritize and work accurately
  • German language skills (written and spoken) at least C1 level
