About the role

  • Travel Partnerships Manager within Ten Group’s Global Travel Proposition team. Focusing on operational management, supplier partnerships, and commercial growth strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Strategic Partnership inbox, supporting Lifestyle Managers globally.
  • Coordinate onboarding, logins, and portal access for Travel Lifestyle Managers.
  • Support ad-hoc administrative duties, project coordination, and database management.
  • Maintain accurate reporting for revenue tracking, commissions, and monthly reports.
  • Perform pricing checks, competitor analysis, and support decision-making.
  • Continuously improve team processes and share best practices.
  • Maintain Preferred Partnership Programs and internal documentation.
  • Oversee rate loading, hotel mapping, and digital accuracy in GDS and partner platforms.
  • Support troubleshooting and liaison with tech teams to ensure seamless digital delivery.
  • Manage and strengthen existing supplier relationships; identify operational improvement opportunities.
  • Onboard new partners, including contracts, reporting, and digital offer integration.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure offers achieve maximum visibility and engagement.
  • Represent Ten at industry events, partner meetings, webinars, and site visits.
  • Identify commercial growth opportunities and implement strategies to drive revenue.
  • Support paid marketing initiatives and track engagement metrics.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Understanding of OTA distribution, wholesaler net rates, concierge and luxury operating models.
  • Analytical skills with confident use of Excel and data reporting.
  • Experience preparing client-facing presentations.
  • Ability to lead new business initiatives and align them with travel proposition goals.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
