Requirements
Strong German and English language skills (B2 level upwards);
Motivation to deliver outstanding customer experience;
Availability for 6 weeks of fulltime training (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00);
Flexibility to work on a rotating 24/7 shift schedule after training;
Excellent communication, problem solving, and teamwork skills;
Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
