About the role

  • Customer Service Agent supporting German and English-speaking customers for a global automotive brand. Working in a hybrid environment, providing assistance and solutions throughout their journey.

Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent support to customers via phone, chat, and other communication platforms;
  • Guiding customers through both the purchasing and post purchase processes;
  • Working closely with internal teams to find appropriate and timely solutions;
  • Accurately updating customer records and databases;
  • Recommending tailored product and service solutions based on customer needs;
  • Adapting to business needs and supporting tasks to ensure efficient service delivery;
  • Representing the voice and values of a globally recognized automotive brand.

Requirements

  • Strong German and English language skills (B2 level upwards);
  • Motivation to deliver outstanding customer experience;
  • Availability for 6 weeks of fulltime training (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00);
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating 24/7 shift schedule after training;
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and teamwork skills;
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
