About the role

  • Community Support Specialist providing accurate data and user engagement at Track Titan, the dominant simracing coaching platform.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional support presence via Intercom, Discord and email
  • Use Photoshop or Affinity to design high-quality graphics
  • Maintain and manipulate spreadsheets to track engagement metrics
  • Audit community-facing documentation and automated responses
  • Support the Community Manager in ensuring all shared data is precise

Requirements

  • Fluency in written English is essential
  • Evening Availability: We are looking for someone to maintain the 'pulse' of the community during peak global activity
  • Spreadsheet Proficiency: You possess Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
  • Design Literate: You are proficient in Adobe Photoshop and/or Affinity Suite
  • Detail-Orientated: You take immense pride in 'pixel-perfect' work
  • Empathetic Communicator: You are friendly and helpful
  • Reliable & Professional: You have a high standard for quality
