Responsibilities
Handle support requests across multiple channels, providing initial assistance and guiding customers quickly and efficiently.
Assist with identifying and diagnosing basic technical issues, following established procedures.
Record incidents and support interactions clearly and accurately in the ticketing system.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support.
Keep customers informed about the status of their support requests.
Participate in training to stay updated on the company's products and technologies.
Collaborate with internal teams as needed to ensure customer requests are resolved fully and within expected timeframes.
Requirements
Previous experience in online customer support;
Technical course or ongoing degree in areas related to Information Technology, Agronomy, or similar (a plus);
Strong verbal and written communication skills, patience, and empathy.
Previous experience with ticketing and customer support systems such as HubSpot or Zendesk.
