Responsibilities

  • Oversee customer’s freight through tracing and tracking
  • Maintain contact with airlines, trucking companies, and agents
  • Manage customer support and respond to service requests
  • Notify customers of shipping delays
  • Prepare quotes and assist with various data management tasks

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two to three years related experience
  • Two to four years industry experience preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
