Responsibilities
Guide subcontractors in using the SafeContractor software
Maintain accurate and thorough records for subcontractor files
Clearly explain required processes and procedures
Respond to inbound calls from subcontractors
Build and maintain trusting relationships with subcontractors
Actively contribute to departmental goals
Participate in onboarding and training of new team members
Attend weekly departmental meetings
Provide technical and functional support to the R&D team
Handle customer complaints professionally
Actively participate in continuous improvement of customer service
Perform all tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the customer service department
Requirements
High school diploma (required)
Trilingual proficiency required: fluent in French, English, and Spanish
Relevant experience in customer service
Proficient with Microsoft Office and HubSpot
Comfortable with computers and technology
