About the role

  • HR Assistant supporting operational HR processes at COMPORTAMENTO, focused on employee support and internal policies. Involves payroll, admissions, and overall HR administration.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for Human Resources processes
  • Monitor partners' withdrawals
  • Monitor payroll
  • Monitor salary advances
  • Monitor social contributions and charges
  • Monitor time clock/timekeeping
  • Manage vacation and leave schedules
  • Support the onboarding process
  • Support the offboarding/termination process
  • Monitor health and dental plans
  • Monitor employee benefits
  • Manage and apportion the corporate life insurance
  • Collect and consolidate monthly HR results
  • Manage external training and scholarship programs
  • Monitor pre-employment and termination occupational health certificates (ASOs)
  • Manage medical certificates and doctor's notes
  • Configure and review settings in the OPM system
  • Monitor the execution of internal marketing (endomarketing) activities
  • Create, update and maintain internal policies and procedures
  • Track monthly birthdays and organize celebratory activities
  • Update and organize employees' mini-biographies/profile summaries
  • Draft and send internal communications
  • Provide support in strategic meetings
  • Handle requests, control and distribute company giveaways and branded materials

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources or personnel/HR department activities
  • Bachelor's degree or technical qualification, in progress or completed
  • Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Intermediate English and/or Spanish (preferred)
  • Category B driver's license (preferred)
