Manage medical certificates and doctor's notes
Configure and review settings in the OPM system
Monitor the execution of internal marketing (endomarketing) activities
Create, update and maintain internal policies and procedures
Track monthly birthdays and organize celebratory activities
Update and organize employees' mini-biographies/profile summaries
Draft and send internal communications
Provide support in strategic meetings
Handle requests, control and distribute company giveaways and branded materials
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources or personnel/HR department activities
Bachelor's degree or technical qualification, in progress or completed
Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
