Handle internal and external communications related to the Office Manager / General Assistant.
Maintain and order office supplies and equipment.

Monitor office facilities and arrange for maintenance or repairs as needed.
Purchase supplies and resources required for office operations.
Maintain status of all company assets, samples, products, tools, equipment, and supplies.
Create and maintain a safe, healthy, and secure environment.
Coordinate company events, conferences, and meetings, including arranging catering and logistics.
Assist with importing/exporting products, ensuring compliance to export regulations, trade shows, and other necessary tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with university and equivalent business experience of a minimum of 5 years.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (presentations, report writing, telephone, email, etc.)
Attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks without errors
Ability to build good relationships and collaborate with both internal and external parties.
