Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations, including managing schedules, correspondence, and record-keeping.

Coordinate company events, conferences, and meetings, including arranging catering and logistics.
Assist with importing/exporting products, ensuring compliance to export regulations, trade shows, and other necessary tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with university and equivalent business experience of a minimum of 5 years.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (presentations, report writing, telephone, email, etc.)
Attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks without errors
Ability to build good relationships and collaborate with both internal and external parties.
High emotional intelligence, empathy, and friendly demeanor.
Flexibility to adapt to changing office environments and tasks.

Native-level Japanese speaker.
