  • Handling seminar-related matters, including seminar preparation and follow-up

  • Providing service information to participants and prospects (e.g., seminar content, duration, costs, prerequisites and further training opportunities)
  • Support and technical assistance for participants and instructors

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training and professional experience in administration
  • Enjoyment of communicating with our customers
  • Quick comprehension, initiative, and solution-oriented thinking, with a structured working style
  • Commitment, flexibility, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • Good verbal and written expression and communication skills
  • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
