About the role

  • Auxiliar Administrativo managing purchasing processes and administrative tasks at Instituto de Pesquisas Eldorado. Collaborating in a hybrid environment with emphasis on diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage purchasing processes;
  • Support administrative routines in the purchasing department;
  • Manage supplier/vendor relationships;
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders;
  • Assist with organizing files and records;
  • Assist in preparing reports.

Requirements

  • Possess an up-to-date medical certificate confirming disability;
  • High school diploma completed;
  • Preferably pursuing or completed higher education in Business Administration or related fields;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
