Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of daily office activities.
Perform daily administrative duties, including filing, documentation, data entry, scheduling, and correspondence.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, calendars for management and senior staff, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, memos, and internal communications as required.
Maintain office supplies, inventory, and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Assist with onboarding documentation and general HR-related administrative tasks when needed.
Ensure efficient day-to-day office operations and provide general administrative support to the team.
Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and data.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a corporate, financial, or professional services environment is preferred.
Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
