Preparation of accounts payable and accounts receivable
Monitoring payment transactions

Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, orders, order confirmations, invoices and reminders
Maintain customer data and support administrative sales tasks

Contribute to the implementation of new software solutions
Support the optimization of internal workflows and processes

Communication and coordination with external service providers
Requirements
Completed commercial training or a university degree
Professional experience in accounting
Business-fluent German, ideally fluent English
Experience with DATEV (or another accounting software), Google Workspace and Slack is an advantage
