About the role

  • Account Manager driving sales growth within the assigned market for Graco's fluid handling equipment. Collaborating with teams to enhance product visibility and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish effective sales channels
  • Create targeted marketing strategies
  • Design and implement territory-specific sales plans
  • Analyze territory performance metrics
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials
  • Maintain high level of responsiveness to customer inquiries
  • Utilize CRM tools to track interactions
  • Conduct regular site visits and outreach efforts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design distribution programs
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and Graco during product launches
  • Manage training and demo equipment accounts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, a technical field, or equivalent experience
  • 3 + years of sales experience, ideally in mechanical product sales through distribution channels
  • Proficiency in written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Skilled in managing distribution channels
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to maintain insurability with Graco’s chosen Fleet Insurer.
