Responsibilities
Identify and establish effective sales channels
Create targeted marketing strategies
Design and implement territory-specific sales plans
Analyze territory performance metrics
Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials
Maintain high level of responsiveness to customer inquiries
Utilize CRM tools to track interactions
Conduct regular site visits and outreach efforts
Collaborate with internal teams to design distribution programs
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
Act as the primary liaison between customers and Graco during product launches
Manage training and demo equipment accounts
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, a technical field, or equivalent experience
3 + years of sales experience, ideally in mechanical product sales through distribution channels
Proficiency in written, verbal, and presentation skills
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
Skilled in managing distribution channels
Willingness to travel as required
Valid Driver’s License and ability to maintain insurability with Graco’s chosen Fleet Insurer.
