Responsibilities
Contribute to Annual Business Planning for the AVEVA Channel Business
Identify & Recruit Operations channel partners
Review and improve partner onboarding processes
Proactively work with other Channel functions
Implement, monitor, track and report Operations channel partner program KPIs
Act as the Subject Matter Expert on all systems and processes related to the Operations channel program
Requirements
5 - 9 years of related experience with required education
10 - 15 years of related experience without required education
Excellent executive communication skills (written, oral, and presentation)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong focus on achieving results and exceeding goals and objectives
Detail-oriented with strong prioritization and decision-making skills
Flexible and able to handle changes in priorities
Sharp analytical skills and ability to process financial data into actionable results
Demonstrated relationship building and management skills
Experience with SalesForce and SalesForce PRM
High degree of proficiency in PC applications, especially Microsoft Office Applications
Experience with databases, Microsoft Excel and analysis tools.
