Account Manager driving sales in life sciences automation solutions with Rockwell Automation. Building relationships and managing the full sales cycle in a hybrid role based in India.
Responsibilities
Prospect and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and using market intelligence.
Conduct client meetings and collaboration with our teams and partners to refine messaging and offerings
Work with our teams (Sales, BU's, Marketing, and extended ecosystem distributors and SI's) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services to clients.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract/ Solution negotiation and closing
Establish relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at target accounts.
Stay current on life sciences automation trends, regulatory requirements and Automation technologies
Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM systems
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering- Electronics/ Instrumentation/ IT or a related discipline
Prior experience from 8-10 years in industrial sales with focus on new business development
Understanding of Life science industry's Automation & digital solutions will be an added advantage
Familiarity of related products will be an added advantage
Eagerness and full of drive to secure new accounts
