Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal teams.
Identify growth opportunities and develop new business within assigned accounts.
Lead solution development to meet customer needs and resolve service issues.
Support branch networks and participate in joint calls with Customer Relationship Managers.
Ensure compliance with WHS&E policies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience in business-to-business sales, preferably with Bearings & Power Transmission products.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel and develop industry knowledge.
Competence with MS Outlook, Word, Excel; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
