About the role

  • Key Account Executive managing major customer accounts and supporting sales teams in the Motion sector. Building relationships and identifying growth opportunities for business development.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal teams.
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop new business within assigned accounts.
  • Lead solution development to meet customer needs and resolve service issues.
  • Support branch networks and participate in joint calls with Customer Relationship Managers.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS&E policies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business-to-business sales, preferably with Bearings & Power Transmission products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel and develop industry knowledge.
  • Competence with MS Outlook, Word, Excel; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
