Responsibilities
Regional acquisition of new customers in practices, office-based specialist physicians and specialized healthcare centers
Building and expanding a network within the outpatient sector
Analysis, selection and implementation of acquisition projects in line with strategic direction and targets
Independent and targeted negotiations with relevant target groups and handover of acquired new customers to colleagues in the responsible Coloplast Homecare field sales team
Development, implementation and support in rolling out new strategies for targeting audiences in the outpatient sector as well as accompanying projects
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and deriving and implementing appropriate actions
Requirements
Successfully completed vocational training as a nurse / health nurse or qualified nursing specialist
Ideally, additional certifications in uro-, stoma- and/or continence management
Several years of professional experience in nursing as well as relevant sales and field-based experience in healthcare
Solid specialist knowledge of indications and care pathways with a focus on continence care
Sales specialist with an excellent network among office-based urologists, combined with enthusiasm and passion for customer acquisition
Commercial interest and basic numerical literacy as well as MS Office skills
Goal-oriented and reliable working style combined with a high level of commitment
Flexibility, willingness to adapt to change and readiness to travel
