Responsibilities
Regional new customer acquisition in practices, office-based specialists and specialized health centers
Building a network within the outpatient/private-practice sector
Analysis, selection and implementation of acquisition projects according to strategic direction and targets
Independent and targeted negotiations with target groups and handover of acquired new customers to colleagues in the responsible Coloplast Homecare field sales team
Development, implementation and support in rolling out new strategies for addressing target groups in the outpatient sector, as well as accompanying projects
Monitoring key metrics and deriving and implementing measures
Working locally to ensure short travel distances and regional support
Requirements
Successfully completed vocational training as a nurse, health nurse or qualified nursing professional
Ideally, additional certifications in urology, stoma and/or continence management
Several years of professional experience in nursing as well as relevant sales and field service experience in the healthcare sector
Solid expertise in indications and care areas with a focus on continence care
Sales specialist with an excellent network among office-based urologists, combined with enthusiasm and passion for new business development
Commercial interest and basic numerical understanding, as well as MS Office skills
Goal-oriented and reliable working style paired with a strong commitment
Flexibility, willingness to embrace change and willingness to travel
