Responsibilities
Supporting and managing core human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance with employment laws and best practices
Draft job adverts and create job descriptions
Review job applications (CVs, cover letters, and application forms) and shortlist suitable candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews for shortlisted candidates
Issue employment contracts and send out job offers
Maintain, update, and audit employee personal data
Monitor and collect time and attendance records using HR software
Implement disciplinary actions when necessary
Ensure compliance with employment laws and workplace regulations
Produce and submit reports on HR activities
Schedule HR meetings and events and maintain agendas
Assist in performance management processes
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Stay up to date with HR trends and best practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources, especially recruitment
Fluency in English
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Proficiency in HR software and digital record-keeping systems
