About the role

  • Project and Administrative Coordinator providing administrative support for Living Life to the Full program. Responsibilities include managing project logistics, updating databases, and supporting stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide project and administrative support to Living Life to the Full program
  • Oversee and update information in ACCESS database
  • Manage program membership system
  • Act as first point of contact for routine information requests
  • Support facilitators with course-related administration and logistics
  • Track course delivery progress and ensure compliance

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • Three to five years’ experience in project management, grant management and/or office administration
  • An additional certification in Office Administration is considered an asset
  • Experience in working with community grants and an understanding of the principles and practices of contract management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
