Responsibilities
Partner with leaders to deliver People programs and services that support departmental and company-wide goals.
Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders, providing insights and recommendations on people-related topics.
Support leaders through day-to-day people matters while maintaining a strong focus on long-term organizational health.
Build strong, credible relationships across your assigned client groups.
Advise leaders on organizational design, role clarity, team structure, and workforce planning.
Support performance management processes, including goal-setting, feedback, and development planning.
Identify and manage employee relations issues and investigations, partnering with People SMEs and Legal as required.
Lead low to medium risk, cross-functional People projects as needed.
Requirements
5–8+ years of progressive HR / People Business Partner experience.
Experience supporting leaders across one or more functional areas (e.g., Product, Engineering, GTM, G&A).
Solid knowledge across core People disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational design.
Strong understanding of employment law and compliance requirements.
Comfort partnering with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
Data-informed mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
High integrity, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach.
Demonstrated interest in elevating your craft using AI.
