Inbound Business Development Representative managing marketing-generated leads from US and LATAM. Qualifying prospects and nurturing them for the sales team.
Responsibilities
Own a high-volume pipeline of marketing-generated leads from the US and LATAM.
Serve as the first point of contact for Climate X, rapidly qualifying and nurturing opportunities.
Uncover prospects’ climate-related challenges and educate them on value.
Progress qualified leads to discovery calls with Account Executives.
Manage approximately 250 active leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and progression.
Handle non-ready opportunities until sales-ready; focus on pipeline velocity and revenue impact.
Requirements
Previous experience in new business development and lead generation for a technology/SaaS product.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with prospects effectively.
Highly motivated, self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a desire to exceed targets.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales prospecting tools.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Spanish or Portuguese language skills (for LATAM engagement).
