About the role

  • Business Development Director driving strategic growth and operational excellence for Sun Life's SunAdvantage in Canada. Leading teams, building relationships, and exceeding financial targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the strategic business plan for SunAdvantage in the Western Region
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key advisors and plan sponsors
  • Drive new business development and client expansion while maintaining profitability
  • Foster a high-engagement, high-performance culture

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in Group Benefits industry
  • 5 years in senior leadership roles managing teams
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • CEBS designation (preferred asset)
  • Valid driver's license with willingness to travel
