About the role

  • Senior Workday HCM Analyst focusing on talent acquisition features in Workday. Responsible for implementation and enhancement of recruiting and candidate engagement processes.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Workday’s talent acquisition suite.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize Workday talent acquisition features to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the organization.
  • Work closely with People Solutions (HR), IT, and business leaders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
  • Generate and analyze reports, related to talent acquisition, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead and manage talent acquisition-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to maximize the utilization of talent acquisition features.
  • Ensure that all talent acquisition processes align with industry best practices and comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • As needed, provide support in other functional areas, such as Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Core HCM, Help or Talent Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (combination of education, training, and experience may be considered a degree equivalent)
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in HCM, preferably with a strong focus on Workday talent acquisition modules, including implementation experience.
  • Proficiency in Workday HCM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong working relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
