About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist executing recruitment processes and supporting employer branding at MANN+HUMMEL. Collaborating with hiring managers to enhance candidate experience and build a strong corporate brand.

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes and support employer branding initiatives.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Proactively recruit talent for salary positions using various channels.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening and present top candidates to hiring managers.
  • Manage applicant tracking system and compile recruitment reports.
  • Develop and implement communication and social media strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting in a high-volume manufacturing environment (Automotive industry preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office products and various Applicant Tracking Systems (SAP Success Factors a plus)
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity within a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Excellent relationship building skills and aptitude for networking.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, communication, and planning skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and competent levels of accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately while remaining adaptable and flexible.
