Requirements

A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting in a high-volume manufacturing environment (Automotive industry preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office products and various Applicant Tracking Systems (SAP Success Factors a plus)
Ability to deal with ambiguity within a fast-paced changing environment.
Excellent relationship building skills and aptitude for networking.
Excellent organization, prioritization, communication, and planning skills.
Strong attention to detail and competent levels of accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately while remaining adaptable and flexible.
