Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to division managers.
  • Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on performance management.
  • Collaborate closely with management and staff to strengthen working relationships.

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing full-cycle recruitment in corporate, consulting, or agency environments.
  • Background in advising on performance management, employee relations, and professional development.
  • Familiarity with workforce planning, employer branding, and analysing talent market data.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, or overseeing junior team members.
  • Exposure to international or multi-regional recruitment (preferred).
  • Experience in the engineering, architecture, or professional services sectors (preferred).
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR policies.
  • Experience with digital recruitment tools, social media sourcing, and recruitment analytics.
  • Project management experience related to talent acquisition initiatives.
