Responsibilities

Background in advising on performance management, employee relations, and professional development.
Familiarity with workforce planning, employer branding, and analysing talent market data.
Experience coaching, mentoring, or overseeing junior team members.
Exposure to international or multi-regional recruitment (preferred).
Experience in the engineering, architecture, or professional services sectors (preferred).
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
Knowledge of employment laws and HR policies.
Experience with digital recruitment tools, social media sourcing, and recruitment analytics.
Project management experience related to talent acquisition initiatives.
