Responsibilities
Identify and source potential clients through research, platforms, and outbound channels
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and business needs
Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems
Support the BD team with market insights and competitor analysis
Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and sales materials
Coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospective clients
Act as an initial point of contact for inbound and outbound leads
Support handover of qualified leads to Client Solutions or Sales teams
Track lead progress and sales pipeline updates
Prepare regular reports on lead generation performance and conversion rates
Ensure accurate documentation and data hygiene in systems
Work closely with Business Development, Client Solutions, and Marketing teams
Support campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives
Contribute ideas to improve lead generation processes and workflows
Requirements
3+ years of experience in business development, sales support, or lead generation (tech or B2B environment preferred)
Strong research, organisation, and communication skills
Comfortable with outbound outreach and relationship building
Ability to work independently in a lean, collaborative environment
Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
