About the role

  • VP Revenue Operations leading end-to-end RevOps strategy for CEEZER, a leader in carbon credit procurement. Collaborating with stakeholders to drive efficient growth and data-led decisions in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the end-to-end RevOps strategy: operationalize the full GTM strategy by driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to the CRO, helping to shape data-led decisions to drive scalable, efficient growth.
  • Lead the RevOps team, inspiring, coaching, and developing members to facilitate career growth.
  • Optimize, track, and analyze key revenue metrics for investor reporting, quarterly board meetings, and internal decision-making.
  • Own sales planning, including quota-setting, territory management, and compensation design across all revenue functions (Sales, Sales Development, Marketing, Partnerships, and Climate Strategy).
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to optimize revenue org structure and cost planning.
  • Deliver ongoing and ad hoc reporting on metrics, providing trend analysis and actionable insights for the Revenue Leadership team.
  • Drive forecasting rigor and revenue predictability.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of RevOps leadership experience in a high-growth SaaS or B2B marketplace business.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling RevOps functions from early stages (Series A - C).
  • Deep experience with GTM strategy, revenue analytics, forecasting, and business planning.
  • Clear communicator and influencer, comfortable working with C-level stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret large sets of data.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and act like an owner to bring structure.
  • A valid working permit in United Kingdom.
