Responsibilities
Develop and monitor the main performance indicators and funnel for B2C and B2B initiatives.
Analyze deviations, bottlenecks and opportunities, proposing course corrections and reprioritizations.
Work collaboratively with Growth, CX, Operations, Product, Tech and FP&A.
Lead the vertical's planning and monitoring rituals (weekly and monthly).
Define priorities, frameworks and agendas that ensure focus and execution cadence.
Ensure decisions are translated into consistent execution.
Lead and coordinate initiatives involving both direct and indirect teams.
Track workstreams at different stages (MVP, acceleration and scale-up).
Integrate areas into a single execution and delivery view.
Participate in discussions on results, planning and the vertical's evolution.
Produce clear updates on progress, risks and priorities.
Connect day-to-day execution with leadership's strategic decisions.
Requirements
Experience in business contexts with strong use of metrics and KPIs, preferably in technology or digital businesses (B2C and/or B2B).
Previous experience in areas such as RevOps, Planning, Performance, Growth or Operations, with funnel and business-metrics literacy, and the ability to analyze data, challenge figures and turn insights into decisions and execution.
Experience leading direct and/or indirect teams.
High capacity for work, energy and delivery focus.
Organized and disciplined profile, comfortable managing multiple initiatives in parallel.
Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
