Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update position data in SuccessFactors
  • Process creation, modification, and deletion requests
  • Provide support to employees and managers by addressing questions and inquiries
  • Conduct internal and external research on industry and market trends
  • Assist with monitoring compliance with internal controls and external regulations
  • Participate in projects related to process optimization and standardization
  • Collaborate with HR teams to support employee lifecycle processes
  • Implement related processes and identify potential challenges

Requirements

  • 2 years or more of relevant experience
  • Advanced English
  • Intermediate Spanish
  • Advanced Portuguese
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or data administration
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively
