Responsibilities
Maintain and update position data in SuccessFactors
Process creation, modification, and deletion requests

Participate in projects related to process optimization and standardization
Collaborate with HR teams to support employee lifecycle processes

Requirements
2 years or more of relevant experience
Advanced English
Intermediate Spanish
Advanced Portuguese
1–2 years of experience in HR operations or data administration
Familiarity with SuccessFactors
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively
