Responsibilities
The Operations Manager will lead and oversee the India Operations function, ensuring seamless execution of processes, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Partner closely with the Country Head, Product Managers, and Sales Leaders to support and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, and Service teams to enable strategic execution.
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for sales processes, driving operational excellence from lead to order.
Lead the monthly forecasting, estimating, and business planning processes, aligning projections with revenue and volume goals.
Facilitate the Channel recruitment and termination processes in accordance with corporate guidelines.
Provide leadership and direction to the operations team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen, or other relevant methodologies to enhance operational processes.
Requirements
Master’s degree in business, Operations, or a related field;
Minimum 12 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a sales-driven organization.
Proven experience with forecasting, business analytics, and process optimization.
Strong knowledge of CRM, ERP (preferably SAP), and performance management tools.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability to anticipate issues, work proactively to address potential problems and design solutions
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
