About the role

  • Sales Operations Specialist at INFORM optimizing sales processes and managing sales cycles. Engaging with marketing and operations, ensuring data quality while collaborating closely with teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support for the entire sales cycle – from lead generation through proposal creation, tenders (RFI/RFP) to customer projects
  • Participation in sales planning, segmentation, quota allocation and forecasts
  • Creation and further development of sales materials, presentations and success stories
  • Operational application, optimization and automation of processes in MS Dynamics or comparable CRM/ERP systems
  • Ensuring high data quality and consistent CRM data maintenance
  • Strategic optimization, documentation and standardization of sales processes as well as implementation of best practices
  • Initiatives to improve accuracy, consistency and efficiency in sales strategies
  • Close collaboration with Marketing and Operations for targeted customer outreach, campaign planning and product launches
  • Data-driven sales management through KPI analysis, reporting, derivation of actions and continuous process optimization
  • You take responsibility for your tasks and projects within the team, without managerial responsibility

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable field
  • At least 6 years of experience in Sales Operations, sales controlling/management or similar roles
  • Confident use of CRM systems (ideally MS Dynamics) and tools such as Excel or BI systems
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with experience in KPI-based decision making
  • Structured, independent and reliable working style with solid project and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills in German and English (minimum C1)
  • Team player, customer-oriented and solution-focused mindset
  • Organizational skills, sense of responsibility and resilience
  • Nice-to-have: industry experience in FinTech or software environments
  • Experience in presentation and documentation techniques
