Sales Operations Manager enhancing sales operations and processes at Saltz. Collaborating with Sales and Account Management teams to improve data and performance tracking.
Responsibilities
Ensure data integrity, tracking discipline, and reporting accuracy across CRM and sales systems
Maintain and improve HubSpot CRM setup, automation, and tooling
Build and optimise CRM pipelines for leads, active accounts, and expansion opportunities
Maintain clear handover logic between Sales, Account Management, and Lifecycle teams
Set up and manage lead routing, account ownership, and territory rules
Create and maintain dashboards for GMV, conversion rates, pipeline health, and team performance
Standardise workflows and operational processes across commercial teams
Support forecasting processes and sales performance tracking
Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements
Work closely with Sales, Account Management, Lifecycle, and Product teams to support execution
Requirements
Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations roles
Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM
Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset
Experience working with funnels, pipelines, and performance reporting
Good stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational tasks
Comfort working with data, metrics, and process optimisation
SQL or strong data querying skills are a strong advantage
Experience in marketplace, SaaS, or platform businesses is a plus
Detail-oriented, reliable, and process-driven working style
