About the role

  • Sales Operations Manager structuring CRM data and enhancing lead processes at trafficdesign GmbH. Collaborating with sales, marketing, and management to optimize customer data flow.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Operations: You structure our CRM data and turn interesting contacts into real opportunities.
  • Integration & Interfaces: You ensure data flows cleanly between our systems (e.g., Asana, Mailchimp, CRM) and that Sales receives the information needed for strong conversations.
  • Automation: You test new features and AI tools, build smart automations, and eliminate routine tasks so more time is available for high-quality conversations.
  • Identification: You identify relevant accounts and buyer personas, prepare lead lists, and sharpen the focus for setters and closers.
  • Deck Lead: You are responsible for our pitch deck and deliver sales collateral that convinces.
  • Case Studies: You collect results and customer testimonials from projects and make our value as a growth partner visible.
  • Processes: You optimize our sales processes, identify bottlenecks, develop concrete solutions, and thereby increase speed and deal quality.

Requirements

  • High-end B2B: You have experience with premium, complex services — ideally in B2B environments with customer lifetime values in the five- to six-figure range.
  • Online Marketing: You have experience with online marketing services — or are eager to dive in — and use this understanding to smartly steer sales processes.
  • CRM & Sales Tools: You navigate CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and common sales tools with confidence.
  • Modern Working: You are excited about new tools and AI workflows and want to actively help shape them.
  • Process Affinity: You love clear logic, structure workflows, and derive concrete actions from clean data — for transparent, repeatable results.
  • Organizational Talent: You keep threads together, coordinate information between Sales, Marketing and Management, and ensure everyone is aligned at the right time.
  • Ownership & Proactivity: You take responsibility, tackle topics independently and drive them to completion — without waiting for instructions.
  • Office Skills: You are proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Language Skills: Fluent German and good English.
