Sales Operations Manager responsible for CRM optimization and process automation at fintech startup. Collaborating across departments to enhance efficiency and data management.
Responsibilities
CRM ownership: You will take responsibility for our HubSpot CRM, including continuous optimization through automations, improved data quality, and tailored system configuration in close collaboration with Product, Business Intelligence and Engineering.
Process optimization: Together with the team you will design, document and continuously improve sales and partner management processes to increase efficiency and transparency.
Automation & tools: You identify recurring tasks immediately and automate them using tools such as Zapier, Heyflow or FastBill to make workflows smarter.
Tool landscape: You keep an eye on our tool landscape, evaluate existing systems and ensure everything is seamlessly integrated and aligned with our business needs.
CRM support & point of contact: As the primary contact for CRM topics, you support the sales and partner teams in day-to-day work and help resolve technical or process-related issues quickly.
Translating complex business requirements: You translate complex business requirements into clear workflows, automations and structures in the CRM.
Reporting & insights: By creating reports and dashboards, you support data-driven decision making.
Cross-functional collaboration: You work closely with other teams to design and successfully implement new sales processes, funnels and lead routing systems.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or a similar role — ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
At least 1 year of experience with HubSpot CRM, and strong familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier, Heyflow, etc.
Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus, but a strong analytical mindset is more important.
You are agile and can juggle multiple cross-team projects simultaneously.
With your problem-solving skills you are not afraid to implement solutions directly.
Business-fluent German and English.
