Responsibilities

  • Play a crucial role in managing and delivering high-quality HR services to our organization.
  • Oversee HR operations in BENELUX region, managing employee data and records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the operations and implementation of HRS GO processes, streamlining processes, and improving accuracy.
  • Identify productivity and cycle time improvement opportunities to drive continuous improvement in daily operations and projects.

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR operations and service delivery
  • Fluent in Dutch language
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Experience in managing HR systems and data, with proficiency in HRIS software
  • Experience in Office 360 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …)
