Responsibilities

  • Provides human resources management services and advice to internal clients
  • Advises on human resources solutions with current knowledge of industry trends
  • Inspires leadership development and skills training
  • Assists with employee investigations related to workplace issues

Requirements

  • 5 years of progressive experience providing generalist human resources management support in a unionized environment
  • Undergraduate degree in human resources or relevant discipline
  • Chartered Professional Human Resources designation preferred
  • Valid Manitoba driver’s license
  • Current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check
