  • Senior Grants and Business Development Coordinator at IRC managing funding and proposal efforts. Supporting grants management and partnerships across the Middle East, North Africa, and Ukraine.

Responsibilities

  • Support specific country programs or the RPAS team, including proposal development and awards management
  • Work closely with country programs to support proposal development and donor reports
  • Provide technical guidance on donor rules and regulations to country teams

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience working with non-governmental organizations in humanitarian/conflict or post-conflict settings
  • Successful experience developing projects, writing proposals, and developing budgets for private and public donors
  • Fluent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel to country offices across the region (up to 60% of the time)
