About the role

  • Business Development Associate responsible for lead generation and client engagement in a growing SaaS company. Collaborates with sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies.

Responsibilities

  • **What you’ll be doing **
  • 🎯 Lead Generation – Prospect like a pro. You’ll use cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and social selling to identify and engage new leads.
  • 🤝 Client Engagement – Start meaningful conversations. Understand potential customers' challenges and share how our SaaS solutions can help.
  • 🧠 Sales Collaboration – Work closely with our Sales team to create smart outreach strategies and keep the pipeline flowing.
  • 📊 CRM Management – Keep everything on track. Log all activity and interactions in our CRM so we never miss a beat.
  • 📢 Marketing Alignment – Partner with Marketing to help drive interest, test ideas, and fuel campaigns that work.

Requirements
