About the role

  • Head of commercial strategy and growth for Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) channel at PrimaBaguz. Leading team and business development to drive partnerships and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach the QSR sales team to deliver high performance and capability development.
  • Develop and execute the QSR channel strategy in line with business objectives.
  • Build strong partnerships with leading QSR customers, acting as the primary business contact.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities within the QSR space, driving category expansion.
  • Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and consumer insights to sharpen channel strategies.
  • Lead joint business planning (JBP) with key QSR customers.
  • Negotiate long-term contracts, pricing agreements, and promotional deals.
  • Ensure strong execution of customer programs, activations, and product launches.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share within the QSR channel.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop QSR-specific campaigns and promotions.
  • Work with R&D and Technical teams to develop customized product solutions for QSR needs.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure accurate forecasting, service reliability, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage trade spend and promotional investments effectively, ensuring ROI.
  • Deliver on sales, revenue, and profitability targets for the QSR channel.
  • Provide regular updates, insights, and reports to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of commercial/sales experience in FMCG or food industry, with at least 5 years in managing QSR customers.
  • Regional experience preferred.
  • Proven success in leading QSR key accounts (local and international brands).
  • Experience in leading and developing teams.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent commercial acumen with ability to balance strategic thinking and execution.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
