Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and capture new business opportunities in support of financial targets.

Collaborates with Engineering in development of long term market roadmaps and alignment of technology roadmaps.
Gathers and maintains competitive intelligence.
Provides inputs into business reviews, strategic planning exercises, resource planning, budget analysis, and opportunity mapping.
Lead and support proposal efforts for new product development.
Develop and document win strategies and pursuit campaigns.
Determines price-to-win for major program initiatives.
Builds the L3Harris brand through performance, customer focus, thought leadership, ethical business practices, and integrity - deliver on customer focused, business aligned commitments.
Leads by example, motivating individuals to work together toward common goals.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of engineering, business development or related experience.
Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
5 years or more experience and understanding of new business capture processes, methods and techniques.
Experience developing proposals.
Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance.
Desired background in munitions technologies.
Demonstrated experience in strategy, business development, or program management with a focus in Aerospace and Defense industry.
