Responsibilities
Proactively generate and qualify sales opportunities through phone calls, emails, and CRM activity
Reach daily and weekly targets in line with KPIs and sales goals
Manage a diverse portfolio of potential customers and identify high-potential accounts
Educate businesses on available marketing and cloud-based solutions
Conduct outbound outreach to C-level decision-makers to understand business needs
Align prospects’ challenges with relevant digital solutions using a consultative approach
Accurately maintain client information in Salesforce and track the full sales cycle
Contribute to team goals and actively support a collaborative team environment
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
C2 / C1 proficiency in German
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Previous experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or business development (preferably in tech or digital environments)
Strong communication and listening skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
Good understanding of IT or cloud-based solutions (knowledge of Google Cloud Platform is a plus)
Motivated, proactive, and goal-driven mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-based sales environment
Solid computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce
