- Familiarity with the architecture and infrastructure used by analytics teams (e.g., Databricks, dbt, PowerBI)
- Proven experience leading analytical teams (minimum 3-5 years of people management)
- Experience in fundraising analytics, donor intelligence, or customer analytics in subscription/membership-based organizations
- Understanding of marketing analytics, campaign optimization, and donor lifecycle management
