  • Office Director establishing operations and partnerships at InGenius Prep. Leading B2B and B2C efforts while managing marketing events and sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Grow B2B partnerships and B2C channels
  • Meet with families and follow up with leads individually
  • Build personal connections with leads and manage the entire sale process
  • Manage marketing events on a monthly basis: logistic preparation and collaboration with partners and marketing teams
  • Establish and maintain corporate partnerships

Requirements

  • Native Mandarin speaker
  • At least two years of experience in the education industry
  • Experience in sales, recruitment, or enrollment
  • Experience in college counseling or admissions is a plus
  • Sales or business development experience, existing network or connections in the area is an advantage
  • Degree from a U.S. university
  • Strong communicator, both in writing and speaking
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven experience in sales or business development
  • Talent and experience in public speaking
