About the role

  • Enrollment Director managing partnerships and marketing strategies to assist students in U.S. college applications. Overseeing region operations and enhancing sales workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Establish new operations
  • Form corporate partnerships
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
  • Assist in the development of sales workflow
  • Grow B2B partnerships, B2C channels (e.g. WeChat groups)
  • Meet with families, follow up with leads, build connections
  • Manage the entire sales process
  • Manage marketing events for the region

Requirements

  • Native Mandarin speaker
  • At least two years of experience in the education industry; significant experience in sales, recruitment, or enrollment may be considered
  • Experience in college counseling or admissions is a plus
  • Experience in sales or business development
  • Existing network or connections in the area are an advantage
  • Demonstrated sales leadership experience
  • Team management experience, such as leading, coaching, or mentoring
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an English-speaking college or university
  • Strong communicator, both in writing and speaking
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven experience in sales or business development
  • Talented and experienced public speaker.
