About the role

  • Assistant to Director of Medical Education for coordinating internal processes and administrative tasks. Supporting Medical Education programs and events in a renowned orthopedic company.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate appointments and travel arrangements
  • Maintain calendars and professionally prepare documents, presentations, and reports
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners
  • Draft and review correspondence in German and English
  • Welcome and assist visitors
  • Organize Medical Education programs and events
  • Support internal processes and compliance documentation
  • Process expense reports and prepare budget overviews

Requirements

  • Experience in an assistant role or a comparable position
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal German and English skills
  • Proficient with MS Office and digital tools
  • Discretion, initiative, and a structured way of working
  • Team-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Experience in a medical or healthcare environment is an advantage
  • Knowledge of compliance and event organization is preferred
