Lead all Human Resources activities for a Regional Business Unit covering IMEA
Serve as a strategic partner to the business unit leadership team
Develop and implement HR strategies consistent with regional and global HR direction

Requirements
12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
At least 7 years working in the field
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong knowledge of employment laws
Proven experience leading strategic HR projects that impact an entire organization
