Responsibilities
Partner with Sales leaders in our HQ to drive performance through people
Translate commercial strategy into organizational design, capability building, and measurable execution
Challenge constructively, provide data-driven insights, and ensure excellence across the entire employee lifecycle
Identify tension fields early, address root causes, and ensure that sales-enabled behaviors and structured methods are embedded to sustainably increase productivity and accelerate revenue growth
Requirements
A university degree in Business, Psychology, Organizational Development or a comparable field
Several years of relevant experience as an HR BP in a B2B SaaS-driven environment
Proven track record in driving organizational transformation and performance-oriented organizational design
Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of B2B sales mechanics, pipeline logic, and revenue drivers
The ability to translate business strategy into organizational structure, capability building, and disciplined execution
Demonstrated experience in performance management and measurable productivity enhancement
Strong analytical capabilities to derive concrete actions from KPIs, pipeline metrics, and productivity data
The confidence to challenge senior stakeholders with Radical Candor
A structured, hands-on mindset with clear ownership and a bias for measurable impact
Experience embedding sales methodologies (e.g., MEDPICC) and supporting automation-driven enablement
Resilience and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment
Fluency in German and English
